Arduino Projects
Summary:
During my spare time, I enjoy working on Arduino projects to build my skills in the field of electrical and computer engineering. Over the several mini projects that I have challenged myself with, I have learned a tremendous amount about electronic devices, circuits, breadboarding, and coding for the application of an Arduino system. I find these mini projects to be an exceptional method to teach myself new concepts that I would have otherwise not learned in school. I find these new concepts fascinating and empowering as they enable me to build systems that can directly benefit myself and others.
Technologies and Tools:
- Arduino
- Breadboard
- Electrical Components
- Embedded C
The Learning Process:
I am still in the process of completing this wonderful series of exercises that continue to teach me about the amazing field of electronic devices and fascinate me and inspire me to keep going. I have developed several technical skills as a result of these exercises, like the coding aspects as well as the knowledge of breadboarding and specific devices used throughout each exercise. I have also developed life skills like persistence when learning a challenging new concept, patience when it is not understood the first time and creativity in problem solving when outside the box thinking is required for certain issues. Overall, these technical and life skills have set a great first stepping stone for all of the challenges I may face in future clubs, course, and jobs that I may encounter in the future.
